Making working out FUN, one session at a time 🤪 Stairs have been my favourite all summer long - they’re the perfect combination of cardio, booty burning and plyometrics. I always feel sooo much stronger after each session, and so do my Summer Shred members 🔥 Here’s the breakdown: 👉🏼 Up/ Downs x 30 seconds into a full stair sprint (I’m using a set of 40 stairs) | 4-5 sets 👉🏼 Squat jumps x 10 reps into double leg jumps | 4-5 sets 👉🏼 Banded tap backs x 60 secs | 3-4 sets Give this one a try and let me know how it goes ❤️🔥 1:1 coaching coming SOON!
