Olympic Yacht Show 2025 Η 5η διοργάνωση της κορυφαίας έκθεσης σκαφών στην Ελλάδα ολοκληρώθηκε με μεγάλη επιτυχία 9-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, στην Olympic Marine, στο Λαύριο. Σε κλίμα γιορτής και ενθουσιασμού, περισσότεροι από 25.000 επισκέπτες είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν 140 σκάφη μέσα στο νερό, 400 luxury brands, πολλές πρεμιέρες σκαφών και παράλληλα events, ενώ η αύξηση του αριθμού των ξένων επισκεπτών και η συμμετοχή διεθνών key players της βιομηχανίας του yachting ενίσχυσε ακόμα περισσότερο τη διεθνή ταυτότητα της έκθεσης. Επαναπροσδιορίζοντας τα standards της εγχώριας εκθεσιακής εμπειρίας, το Olympic Yacht Show δίνει έμφαση στην ποιότητα, την αισθητική, την καινοτομία και την ουσιαστική επαγγελματική δικτύωση, σε ένα event-σημείο αναφοράς για τους επαγγελματίες και τους λάτρεις της θάλασσας, που συμβάλει στην ανάπτυξη του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού στην Ελλάδα και στην προβολή της χώρας ως κορυφαίο προορισμό Yachting στον κόσμο. First thing we do before gybing is to centre the main. In the clip recorded during a Competent Crew course sailing out of Southampton, you see us on port tack; and we'll gybe onto starboard tack. As the stern goes through the wind, the wind gets behind the sails, and the headsail will start to come over, and the main will come across. We don't need to do anything with the main sheet at this point, but we do need to ease the headsail sheet on starboard, and take up the sheet on port. And then at this point we will ease the main sheet to let the main out.
