Navigare a vela è un misto di arte e tecnica. Uno degli aspetti più affascinanti è la strambata. Ma cos’è esattamente? La strambata è una manovra di cambio di direzione di una barca a vela, che si effettua portando la poppa attraverso il vento. È un movimento che richiede precisione e sincronia, in cui la barca passa da un lasco ad un altro. Durante la strambata, l’equipaggio deve coordinarsi per gestire le vele e il timone in modo che la barca giri fluidamente senza perdere velocità. È una danza con gli elementi: il vento, l’acqua e la barca stessa. Questa manovra non è solo funzionale, ma è anche un momento di puro piacere e sfida.
