The Tres Hombres crew visited our coffee producer in the mountains of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It's Colombia’s main organic coffee-producing region. You will find plantations of Indigenous groups, rural organizations, and small independent plantations. Lots of speciality coffee will be loaded onto the Tres Hombres and cross the ocean to Amsterdam. After being roasted in a traditional way the coffee will be available in our webshop. The taste of Tres Hombres rum, which differs every year, is as exquisite and exciting as it's production and shipping process. Aging at sea in selected oak barrels, quite unique in the world. Would it be that it adds to the flavour of the cacao and coffee in the cargo hold, some might want to believe it does! Learn more: http://fairtransport.eu/trading/
