The Boat Life bought a new camera (tripod gear sort of) gadget to make more videos and better. This is NOT a paid ad. I just like my new toy and gadgets and for us (Melissa and Nic) it is part of living on a yacht. If you want to see more about my camera equipment in the future let me know and I will try to make more videos about the gear we use. That's The Boat Life. Thanks for watching.

Nic Morganti and Melissa Auman are moving onto a sailboat. The plan was to sell everything, buy a boat, live on the boat, and travel and explore the Caribbean and the world while living aboard! Simple plan, but lots to learn and do along the way. Join our adventure as we sail away, live on a sailboat, and explore life aboard. Thanks for watching! Join us as we sell most of our stuff, quit our jobs, and live on a sailboat. My name is Nic Morganti. I had an idea. I wanted to live on a sailboat and explore the Caribbean. I convinced my girlfriend Melissa to come aboard. This is "The Boat Life" a video series about the adventure of taking a chance, moving onto a sailboat and heading for the Caribbean. In between beaches and lounging we do occasionally have to do chores such as laundry. We still try to have fun. It is all part of being on a road trip.
On a hot day in Savanah, GA I stopped in to Wet Willie's to grab a quick frozen daiquiri to cool off. I had the Bob Marley.
We didn't have a chance to shop at the Savanah Bee Company in Savannah, GA, so we stopped in the shop in St. Simons, GA. It was great. We drank lots of mead. It was a great fun!
The boat.life visits the Georgia Sea Turtle Center in Jekyll Island, GA. We see a turtle bone shell repair and many turtles recovering in the hospital. Before leaving we adopt two turtles from the center. A loggerhead named Charm and a green turtle named Camachee.
Labor Day 2016, It was terrible weather, but a great time. We took a break from packing and went to Rehoboth Beach, DE and visited family at Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, DE.
