Ahoy! This is CJ and Melissa, liveaboard cruisers on our sailboat Paramour. The star of the show, Paramour, is a CT-35 Pilothouse Ketch built in 1976 in Taiwan by the Ta Chiao Boat Yard. She has a fiberglass hull, but everything else is wood from her sole to her masts, which after 40 years means she is in need of some loving. Our plans are to repair the neglect, outfit her for cruising, and forge a new life for ourselves out on the water. We will be documenting the whole process from our humble beginnings in St. Petersburg, Florida to the Bahamas and beyond.
