When cruising with Holland America Line one of the things we enjoy is the learning classes for the PC. These classes have handouts for you to take home with you, in case you forget what you've learned. City Hall on Main Street is where you want to go to get your Celebration buttons. UPDATE: Last Visit, NOV 2016, they had the buttons in a cart with an attendant OUTSIDE the building instead of inside.
