Having lived a fairly traditional life filled with the usual work and family obligations, my husband Aaron and I found ourselves sitting on the couch just one short year after buying a bigger house and more land when we started coming to the realization that we were feeling disconnected and that the future held more stuff, more dusting and more of what wasn't bringing us joy. We each shared what would bring us joy. For me that meant a smaller footprint, downsizing so that we could spend more time having fun together! For Aaron it meant living an adventurous life sailing! It took me a bit of time to get used to the idea after reading about safety aboard for kiddos, but it didn't take long before I was in agreement - we were gonna do this! This channel is dedicated to documenting this amazing adventure as we learn to live aboard, sail abroad and explore the world together!
