Today we sailed up the ICW from Cocoa, FL to New Smyrna, FL. We had beautiful sunshine and then a very relaxing rainstorm. We continued to sail on through the rain and were greeted with sunshine once again. Cheers! - Ed & Paige #sailing #calmingrainsounds #relax

hello! It has been a rough few weeks onboard with working through all of the possible routes and weather windows to sail through the Bahamas during what is supposed to be a very active hurricane season. We would have been rushing through and that just seemed silly. So, we’ve come to the difficult decision that it safest for us to sail north until early fall before making our way back south. In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father, and I (Paige) got to tag along for most of the Pacific🙌🏻. Following Ed's return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. So, after nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings.
