Boat life. Ocean Life. Adventure. I purchased a 1974 Coronado 35 Ketch, center cockpit, full keel, sailboat. I restored her, mechanically, and have set sail. I’m going to share this adventure with you, as we discover new places, meet new people and shoot new fish! I lost everything because of COVID. My multi-million dollar company collapsed, and I was forced to lay off 45 employees and close my doors, forever. I was left with nothing. My personal and professional life was totally destroyed. Using a loaned car, I Doordashed and invested the money I made delivering food using the Robinhood app. I saved every dime and bought a one-way ticket to Florida to find my boat. I paid $5k for a boat that had no title and the motor did not run. She had been in the same slip in the same marina for over 22 years! People said they could not remember her ever going anywhere and that she would portably never sail again. This is the story of her return. And mine.
