Welcome back! This weekend was our first overnighter on Aeolos since Her haulout. Anchoring is a tricky thing for many sailing couples, and we managed very well given it was our first time together and Sara's first time ever! Portland Island, located in the Gulf islands National park is a beautiful island close to home which serves as a great testing ground before setting out on longer distance and duration trips. Biodiversity, Beaches, Cliffs, campground's and multiple solid anchorages make for a stunning and rewarding experience for all who wish to stay here. I was curious to see how my heartrate and 02 levels were affected during my breathwork practice. 30 Deep breaths, followed by a prolonged breath hold - 15 sec recovery breath, repeat for 1-5 rounds :) it was tough to film and remain out of thought, I tried my best and still managed to pull of a decent breath hold .. The results were cool ! this was recorded during my round 2 breath hold. Enjoy
