I am an injured veteran from the UK after being in the army and being injured in afghanistan in 2009 i started sailing i sailed in the paralympic squad in the lead up to rio. And then bought a yacht. Started sailing around the world and found love. My aim is promote disabled sailing and the live-aboard lifestyle proving anyone can sail if they have a good attitude. With the hope of getting other veterans or serving personnel with ptsd, or other injuries on the water and helping them. If I can help just one person its worth it. My girlfriend Renate is an interior architect turned backpack boat hitchhiker turned sailor. From the mountains of Switzerland she came on my boat to sail to brazil in 2018 and has pretty much stayed since. Bored with the 9-5 job she sold everything and wanted to travel the world her idea was to sail to south america not realising she would fall in love with sailing. We are now in 2024 and have 2 babies together and welcome you to our channel.
