Trying to increase the views on your Sailboat Life Youtube Channel? I've found the perfect hack. I've been told by multiple people that the best way to promote my sailing vlog is to post lots of beautiful videos of my girlfriend frolicking on the sailboat in a bikini. Trouble is, I don't have a girlfriend, so I borrowed this one under Youtube's fair use policy. Super convenient and much cheaper than the real thing! We just have to critique her, um, technique. I think she inflated that dingy rather well. What do you think? In this #short video, I practice a new (for me) Solo Sailing Docking Technique. The dock line standing by is tied off to the winch. As I slowly motor my 32 foot sailboat into the slip, I loop the dock line around the dock cleat. Then wrap the line back around the winch and the forward momentum of the sailboat will pull you snuggly into the dock. EASY!
