Season 4 got a short sailing season where we only sailed to Lagos on the Algarve coast of Portugal where we hauled out once again this time to go throug a long list of boatwork and to build a solar arch to make the boat more self-suficient with electricity. After 6 months in Lagos we kicked-off season 5 with real bluewater sailing first to the northerly Atlantic island Porto Santo and Madeira and then further out to the Azores that lays in the middle of the Atlantic ocean before turning back towards the mainland and south coast of Portugal again.

In this episode we fly back to our sailboat Frida in Valencia. We prepare her for the autumn sailing season in the Mediterranean Sea. But when we start sailing north we didn?t even got out of the marina before we noticed a problem but we decided to continue towards our next stop Burriana where we lifted the boat and discovered our own personal reef. But before we get to that we make a walk in a nature reserve on Menorca.
