All good things must come to an end and unfortunately that rings true of relationships also. Amanda and I are at different points in our life and so it is time to part ways. This is an uncut, unedited explanation of our thoughts and feelings on the break up.

Hello Friends!
Here is the 2nd part of the Chart Table Installation video! We FINALLY got it done and installed.... (now to finish both switch panels and complete the new nav station).
Thanks to Camille and Mr. Steady (the Australian Cattle Dog) for helping me out to get this job all done !
I want to also thank my friend Paul Forney for helping me cut the Europly, I was so worried about chipping it I called on my friend paul, who is an amazingly talented fabricator, to help me out.
I didn't shoot much video of me making the chart table itself because I wasn't making some masterful work of art, just a simple chart table and I know there are LOADS of great wood working videos out there that will do a better job of showing you how to go about building one, but if you have any questions about how I did mine feel free to him me up in the comments.
In many of my past project videos my viewers has noted that they enjoyed how much of the process / struggle I left in, as some other channels just do quick edits and its all done.... I leave in longer edits of some of the struggles and of the successes.

This episode I start by sharing a few updates and warranty developments, including Leopard Catamaran's most recent actions and what's happening with the other Leopard 45 with those bulkhead cracks.
Then we show off our latest project; adding 2 additional solar panels to the boat to boost our off-grid renewable energy capacity, as well as what supplies Leopard delivered to the boat and what our finisher extraordinaire Nino has been up to.

Join me on this amazing adventure as I leave Vanuatu and set sail for Indonesia on a 2500 nautical mile nonstop journey. Some say it is crazy some say it's impossible. I say it is doable with modern yacht and technology, knowledge, and a good strategy. In this series of 3 episodes, I am sharing my strategies and how I am executing this challenging sail. Several challenges in sailing such long distances during the South Pacific cyclone season, from Vanuatu to Indonesia. The obvious one is of course cyclones, but light winds and changing winds are just as big a challenge.
And now I was surprised by a short-lived storm ripping apart my sail that was already furled in. I also enjoyed close encounters with marine life such as dolphins and sharks. And these dolphins are not like others I have seen. They seemed to just enjoy hanging around even when I was only drifting.
Thank you so much for tagging along, and for the patron's support in making this video possible.

ABOUT THIS CHANNEL:
Sailing around the world in a Bavaria 55 Cruiser, making videos whenever we have time for it.
Even though this is season 6 on YouTube I did not make that many videos in the beginning. Before full-time sailing, I sailed several seasons in the Mediterranean before, and obviously also in Scandinavia. I have been traveling the world before and have also been an active regatta sailor. I had my first sailboat at age 7 and have been sailing ever since. Also, more than 10 years of experience in Search and Rescue at sea in Norway.
PLEASE BE KIND IN THE COMMENTS!
I'm just a normal person sharing my travel adventure through my eyes and experience from my perspective! Remember how I do things that might work for me but not for you. It might even not be the correct way to do things, and I don't have the blueprint either. I'm not perfect and nobody is. The day I believe I know it all and don't think I can learn new things I should go ashore.

Episode 310 : Season 10 : New Zealand - Aotearoa
Hello Friends,
On this episode I head for Opua from Paihia ahead of an approaching Cyclone. Cyclone Gabrielle turned out to be the costliest cyclone ever recorded in the southern hemisphere. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclone_Gabrielle
I was happy to have been able to get a slip at the marina to ride the storm out.

Season 4 | Episode 58 | Sailing to Santa Barbara Island
Hello Friends!
Welcome to Season 4 ! This is mine and Camille's first adventure video and Camille's first big sailing trip. As we mention in the introduction this episode was shot last summer just after I returned from cruising in Åland. Since that time we have gotten married!! If you would like to see the little wedding video we put together for our friends and family it can be found here: https://youtu.be/8ph2vV1zVDo
On this episode we prepare the boat for the 6 day trip, our passage to Santa Barbara Island and our day ashore hiking and exploring this isolated island 44nm off the coast of Los Angeles.
The next few episodes will show out passage to the backside of Catalina where we spent time on the hook at Little Harbor and finally on a mooring ball at Cat Harbor at the isthmus. With sailing, snorkeling, hiking and just the right amount of nudity any summer sailing trip demands.
Thanks for watching! If you enjoy this episode please subscribe and give us a thumbs up and leave us a comment, it really helps in the ratings!

Hello Friends,
I have put this video together to talk about how I got into sailing, finding my dream boat, spending 4 years refitting her and pushing off to sail over 11.5k miles across the largest ocean in the world alone.
This video is about a dream, a seemingly impossible dream, that I made come true working pay check to pay check and leaving land life behind.

In this episode we are unbelievably lucky to get our hands on an identical second hand radar as the broken one. What’s the odds for that? We are also celebrating Gee’s birthday and having fun with our beautiful neighbors. One step closer for the canal crossing and lots of good help from Gee now as she’s back onboard again.
