Sailing along the coast of Sumbawa island in West Nusa Tenggara. We stop in couple of small towns. One of them Wava is special as here the Pinisi - specific Indonesian boats are built. Next place we visit is even more exotic - extinct volcano island Satonda with a lake inside! And 1000 of flying foxes… And some other cool places. By the way - this time as per may subscribers suggestion I didn’t use much music so you can enjoy raw sailing sounds.

Even after replacing Aquarius Batteries we could not really enjoy it - the new location is much more sheltered as taiphoon season is coming and therefore no breeze + waters next to big marina and not so open waters were not so inviting... We look for alternatives and end up in a Phuket center - wheres's still life going on...

By the way - this story is from the past - not that distanced and not that redundant (June 2020) ... I believe only now we kind of can grasp the impact of something back then was complete confusion and disbelief... But it's important. As one decision led to another and that's how the story is made...

We just transited Suez Canal and we finally in Mediterranean Sea! And we are so lucky, that for wintering out we chose Greece island Crete, as to be honest - with those winds that's the only place we could sail to! And it is such a treat - you have to join us and see it by yourself!

We arrive to Seychelles! So happy and exhausted after countless days of motoring... No marina, warnings of petty crime, but so beautiful!!! And the joys of reuniting with our friends on Zatara and Rehua in awesome surroundings...

The trip that we were so excited about was coming up fast and we were looking forward to it so much! Then couple days before taking off I find out that Lithuanian citizens require a visa which is a lengthy process and we decide to take off and go to Dar es Salaam, South African embassy and see if we can find a solution. We take 8 hour bus ride and admire the countryside.
Dar es Salaam being the biggest city in Tanzania - pretty fascinating and we find some really cool places and meet absolutely phenomenal people.
But do we get to go to South Africa?
I guess you will have to watch the video to find that out.

PS biggest apologies for poor sound we were really struggling finding a nice quiet place where we can film and share with you. Unfortunately that wasn't so easy I hope you will forgive us.

We take off for our very first 3 day about 390 nautical miles journey in south Caribbean. On the journey we fly ballooned sail (for a very first time as well) and we rip it :( Of course that had to happen at night as well... But we made it to Bonaire and also caught nice Mahi mahi! Join us for a sail and Bonaire island tour, where Ken and Rokas went for an 80 km bike ride and of course we did some snorkeling as well. Enjoy!

As we enjoy the peace and calm after escaping rolling anchorage we keep exploring Praslin, Seychelles and all it can offer - absolutely stunning beaches and it's beautiful mountains and while doing that we got ourselves to an accidental hike.
But we can't complain as it just keeps on giving!
We instantly fall in love with Anse Lazio Bay - the views, the peacefulness and cool snorkel, and it's hard to leave, but we know - there's so much more to see and do!
And we go - next stop - Curieuse, Turtle Bay and we are so surprised! To meet the locals EYE to EYE!

Unfortunately there was not much wind throughout Indonesia, so we had to use the engine... ALOT. The seals on the C-Drive need to be replaced after every 800 Engine hours, and we didn't budget for the light winds in Indonesia. So we had to get Aquarius out of the water in a hurry, and the only place we could find was Asian Fast Marine.

Asian Fast Marine is located 20 miles South of Singapore, on the Indonesian Island of Batam.

This was the fasted haul out and return we ever had, 23:30 hours! WOW.

If you need to haul out in Indonesia, Asian Fast Marine will probably be your Best CHOICE. The only problem is that only their employees are required to all the work on you boat. But, it was fairly priced, and their workers have skills!

Grenada - last stop before Trinidad, where we will hull Aquarius for hurricane season. It was fun couple of days as we visited underwater statue park, although we were not able to find anyone to team up for Grenada - Trinidad passage as there were some cases of piracy in resent past, we still feel that this stop was a success as we visit St. George's and most beautiful Grand Anse Beach.
