CALADAN is an excellent example of the Farr 50 series and is hull #21 of 26 built. She is extremely well equipped, features several custom options and has benefited from many recent upgrades. The design concept for the Farr 50 Pilothouse series was for a fast and comfortable bluewater cruiser that could be handled by two people from either the cockpit or navigation station in the pilothouse. The cockpit is spacious and well protected, with all sail controls easily reached from the helm. The aft decks are wide with built-in seats, generous storage lockers, built-in swim platform and watertight bulkheads forward and aft.
