1997 Beneteau Oceanis 381 - 3 cabin
It is time to find my new boat and as always I'm starting to look at the bottom regarding price and year. My impression of this boat is that it is very well made inside and out, also very impressive that every window is without any crazing, I only spotted a bit on some of the top hatches. The Volvo Penta MD22 (59HP) engine starts right up and also sounds nice. The owner was ready to make a deal and asked me to make an offer but unfortunately this boat don't have all the things I'm looking for. Eg. it has no Webasto heater, no bimini or cockpit tent, no steering pedestal cover, no bow thruster, no furling mainsail, and I'm also thinking the bathrooms was to small regarding the possibility to take a shower. If you watch my feet you can see I almost don't have any space to move around at none of the toilet. The boats name is EOS. standing headroom in saloon : 203 cm. my height : 183 cm.
