If you don't have a launching trolley then the simplest way to get your boat up and down the beach is with an inflatable roller like this. Of course, unlike a trolley, you can take it with you, just deflate it and roll it up. Obviously you really need two or three (but I just have one - for now!). Don't get one that is too short or the boat might roll off the end of it. Of course a wide, flat bottomed boat works best. I got mine from www.sailormall.net, search for pneumatic roller, not inflatable roller! Lockdowns are hard for everyone. But imagine being at sea when the destination you’re heading for closes its doors. And in March 2020 that was what happened on Caribbean island of Grenada. Fortunately the Marine & Yachting Association of Grenada saw what was happening and made a proposal to the Ministry of Health to allow yachts to arrive in a Covid safe manner.
