We are very excited to reveal our big project. San Diego’s first fully electric charter sailboat! ⛵️🔋 In this most recent refit of our Catalina 400, Bree Zen, we replaced the old Westerbeke diesel engine with a state-of-the-art electric motor. By replacing a diesel engine with an electric one, motoring in and out of the harbor is now a completely smooth and silent process. With no exhaust or diesel fumes, and no pollutants going into the water. 🌊 To support our new electric motor, we’ve integrated four 48-volt lithium batteries from Dakota Lithium. Thanks to Dakota Lithium and Electric Yachts - they’ve helped us take our sailing experiences to a whole new level! ⚡️⚡️ Our transition from diesel to electric power is part of our ongoing efforts to explore new innovations and products, and offer even more eco-friendly sailing experiences. Welcome to Day 2 of the Catamaran Guru Rendezvous This isn't just a day of sailing — it's a floating festival on the water! The adventure kicked off with a friendly “race” from Marsh Harbour to the breathtaking Tahiti Beach, where our flagship Bali 5.8 catamaran, Snapdragon, set the stage for an epic afternoon of live music, drinks, and community vibes. 🎵 The Bali Pink Party was the highlight of the day! Guests arrived in style by dinghy, rocking their matching hot pink shirts and caps, ready to dance, sip, and celebrate. Live music played from the back of Snapdragon while a sea of dinghies floated nearby — creating one of the most unique and vibrant party atmospheres you’ll find in the Bahamas. 🍹 Of course, no Rendezvous is complete without a round (or two) of Hooligan Juice, our signature party cocktail.
