We aim to share what I have learnt since 1998 when I started working as an Engineering Technician. • Boat Recipes - We intend to make boat recipe videos where we will share Rossella's simple and delicious boat food ideas. • Yachtmaster Theory and Seamanship - Although we consider ourselves to be novice sailors, I have been working offshore (at sea - mostly on vessels, sometimes on platforms) since 2006. Since then, some years I have spent more days at sea than I have on land. I have also studied and passed the examination for the RYA Yachtmaster Theory qualification.
