After trying a range of home cooked dishes and practicing cooking Trinidadian cuisine I'm starting to learn the flavour profile! It's delicious but so different to what I'm used to growing up in Australia, where Asian and European cooking influences are more common. Want to know why Australians love lamb? La sveglia stamattina suona molto presto, alle 4:00 per l’esattezza. Oggi Patri, Isa ed Enri torneranno a casa, facendo un luuungo viaggio. La seconda sveglia (quella delle 7:30) suona anche lei troppo presto, ma tocca alzarci. Un bel caffè e via con la giornata lavorativa. Durante le pause abbiamo fatto qualche attività tipicamente terricola, cioè fatto la spesa, la lavatrice, riempito i serbatoi etc. Domani ripartiremo verso il nord della Guadalupa. A domani! C
