This bad boy incorporates the science behind how to properly grind beef with the indulgent pleasure of gooey cheese oozing out the sides after a big bite. Chef Chris created this burger based on the classics requirements of a great burger -- quality meat, a soft yet structured bun, bacon, crunchy veg, sharp cheese, and of course the pickle and fries.
