Il format della regata aziendale è organizzato in base agli obiettivi, dal match race alla regata di flotta al team racing ovunque nel Mar Mediterraneo. La barca a vela accresce il team wellbeing e l’empowerment personale che sia per un meeting aziendale, un incentive, un evento relazionale o un team building.
