How did we make a heart with dinghy in our logo? While Ania was driving the dinghy like madwoman, Bartek was flying the drone, recording, and giving her directions to maintain the path that would resemble the shape of a heart. Check out how it worked out ;). All the best! Ania and Bartek If you enjoy our videos and think it's a good idea that we share our family life off the grid then please be so kind and support our effort. Adventures of Ania and Bartek with two little kids sailing across oceans on a 15 meter trimaran as a way of promoting alternative way of life off the grid. In 2014 we managed to materialize our dreams and traded a land based home in Poland for a permanent life on the ocean aboard our dearest new home - sailboat "Poly". For us sailing is a way of free life in sync and harmony with nature and each other. It's a way of experiencing life, people, and places, entirely on our own terms. For many years it was just a dream, but we followed it and it came true. We are here and now, no longer chasing the dream. We'd like to share it with you so that you can follow your dreams, too. Follow us to see all the amazing, interesting, crazy, scary, and funny people, places and situations that we experience and learn from. Welcome to our family life unplugged. Seacocks are bronze valves in a boat and are used as a safety measure for closing off holes below the water line and keeping water out of the boat for either maintenance or emergencies. We have 4 total on Seawind, and one of them has been giving us trouble for the past couple of years. I cleaned and greased this particular seacock, and ever since, it’s seeped a bit of water into the boat. The only way I could stop the leak was to tighten the valve so much that I couldn’t turn the handle! Live right now for our patrons AD FREE is EP. 55 of Sailing Seawind! We take you through the process of lapping a seacock, Katy tackles some projects of her own, and so much more! This early live viewing each week can be available to you over on our Patreon!
