This one seriously got me 🥵🥵 I pulled it from Week 3 of the Fit Body challenge and let’s just say - we’re ramping it up hard that week. So far I’ve been alternating between using my condo gym / outdoor workouts with the regular gym and I have to say it’s REALLY working for me. I love the variety and being able to do exercises that I can’t do at home (aka sled push)!!! Give this one a try on your next leg day.
