We were scouting a new route for an upcoming PAPA Regatta — and it turned out to be the perfect escape after a long COVID lockdown. Warm spring air, that feeling of summer just around the corner. It was the best possible way to spend the May holidays. And it was still a time when Russian and Ukrainian flags could fly side by side at the stern — united by a shared love for the sea. Ma adesso passiamo alle cose serie: per arrivare giusti il 5 ottobre a Lignano dobbiamo fare slalom tra parecchia instabilità meteorologica. Quindi domani, circa all’alba, molleremo gli ormeggi per salire verso nord. 70 miglia circa. Arriviamo 🔥
