One of our NSSC Sailability members, Jazz Turner, featured on BBC South East Today lunchtime news on leaving Brighton Marina at the start of her epic Project FEAR ("face everything and rise") journey. She is attempting to become the first female wheelchair user to complete a solo, non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation of the UK and Ireland. Jazz is raising money for the Newhaven and Seaford Sailing Club (NSSC) Sailability fund. Want to support the podcast? http://patreon.com/SaltyAbandon Here is my engine after new fuel injectors installed, valves adjusted, as well as the following: new impeller and belt, new alternator belt, changed oil and filter, cleaned sea strainer, new fuel filters, and reinstalled air box and air filter. Going to run it 2 hours and change the oil again (because of the fuel that got into the oil). Still need to install new fuel lift pump. Still need to change the fuel lift pump. I realize not all of the items affected the problem but I'm mentioning them anyway for good measure. Sep 7-9, 2018. I was sailing from Orange Beach to Clearwater and onto who-knows-where. Fri, Sep 7th, leg was Orange Beach to Destin.  Sat & Sun leg was Destin to Clearwater (48 hour Gulf Crossing).  We had some engine troy ke after we left Destin.
