Yin Yoga By Our Sailboat; Yin Yoga Moment. We live on our Sceptre 41 Sailboat, Gypsea, and I teach yoga from her bow. I am taking a continuing education course in Yin Yoga to add to my 200 Yoga Teaching Certificate, and I love it.
