Yessss we’re changing it up with dumbbells today! The last place we stayed had a BOX in the gym so I obviously had to have some fun with that 💥 I didn’t think this workout was as hard as some of my other ones, but the next morning I was sore from head to toe. My abs especially were on fireeeee. So yes. Give this one a go on your next gym day! Workout breakdown: Perform each movement for the stated amount of reps. No rest between the same muscle group exercises, 20 sec rest between the others! Escape hatches have sunk boats before! We should have done this ages ago. If one fails we can put these covers in place and we won't have anything to worry about. We also replace our mainsail sheet, as the old one had served it's time! Just a few of all the maintenance jobs on our Sailing Catamaran Roxy.
