► A not-to-be-missed event for boating enthusiasts on the U.S. East Coast, the Annapolis Boat Shows attract some 100,000 visitors every year. The event is in fact two separate boat shows held in the same spot, but a week apart. The Powerboat Show, dedicated just to powerboats (417 units on display), was held from October 3 to 6, followed by the Sailboat Show from October 10 to 14. It’s the latter of the two that we’ve selected for you. The event provided an opportunity to take stock of how the multihull sector is taking hold in the United States: we counted 56 two- or three-hull units compared with 96 monohulls, totaling nearly 30% of the offer. Scuba tank storage on Hull #10 "Umbono". There is storage for three 40 cu ft tanks directly beneath the helm seat. The rack is made using a custom fiberglass mold made in the Vision Factory. We are planning in placing four tanks in one of the large storage areas beneath the cockpit seating that is just forward of the davit.
