Quick test of a tiny QEV cannon firing air at 12atm, viewed through a Schlieren setup (no razor blade). Unedited at normal speed. I didn't quite understood the need for a razor blade but without one I still see the flow of air. For me, the razor blade just makes the dot of light smaller(?) If anyone can clarify me what the razor blade really does and where it should be placed (in the source of light or in the camera) I'd really appreciate. Also important to note that this is AWESOME to look with the naked eye but almost the dimmest light can blind you. I covered a tiny LED torch with aluminum foil and punctured a hole with a sewing needle, on the side! so that the LED doesn't bright directly through the hole. Take care with the eyes!!

Pasar por debajo de un puente a vela siempre es algo emocionante. También lo es en nuestro querido Gran Nergha, un Jeanneau Sun Odissey 51.9. El puente de Rande es un icono en la Ría de Vigo. Pasar por debajo implica dificultad, sobre todo si en el día que has elegido sopla viento fuerte. Está situado en el estrecho de Rande y esto hace que el viento se encañone, aumentando su intensidad y rolando en la periferia. A mí me gusta la acción. Typical Day on Board Mornings often start with a short sail after breakfast, taking advantage of calm seas and light breezes. Depending on the group’s mood, we might head for a quiet bay for swimming and paddleboarding or sail to a historic town like Korčula or Vis. By late afternoon, we usually drop anchor somewhere picturesque. I help guests get ashore via dinghy if they want to explore or grab a bite at a local konoba (traditional restaurant). Back on board, sunset dinners on the aft deck are common—local wine, grilled fish, laughter, and stories from the sea.
