Connecting with people and places through the local cuisine, and showing how those dishes can be cooked on a boat with limited space and resources. There is one thing that I’ve always leaned on when it came to achieving anything I’ve ever wanted out of this life. Over and over again, all throughout my life, if there is something that I’ve wanted to do, I have manifested it in my mind. I’ve been relentless in my positive thoughts and my ability to repel the negativity and doubt of others.
