When we sailed the Costa Brava in the northeast part of Spain, we enjoyed especially the bay of Begur, the village of Fornells and an area called Aiguablava. It has beautiful cliffs and little beaches. On the internet it said it’s a favorite among locals in Spain and it was weekend, so we saw a lot of families walking around or sitting on the beach. The background sounds that you hear on the boat during the day, of children playing and running around on the beach, adults talking and laughing and the smells of BBQ coming your way, gives a real holiday feeling!

We help serving and retired military personnel with physical injuries or mental trauma, and their families, to benefit from the therapeutic effects of sailing and the sea. Based at Falmouth in Cornwall, we offer several strands of activity including Royal Yachting Association (RYA) sailing courses, family sailing trips, Zero to Hero programme, Tall Ship sailing and competitive racing.
