The end of the video😭💍 When the stars and planets align… they really align. ✨ This day was already special. We were sailing past Diamond Head heading to our swimming anchorage with a surprise proposal waiting just moments ahead. Then a pair of humpback whales surfaced behind our catamaran on our sail back. 🐋 They stayed on the surface for quite some time. One of those rare moments you feel lucky just to witness. And somehow, it gets even better. Someone recognized our boat, captured this moment, and sent us the footage. ( @makaiclicks ) Being part of moments like this never gets old for us. We’re always so honored to help create memories that our guests will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Sometimes the ocean has its own plans… and they’re pretty magical.🌊💍 #oahuhawaii #proposal #whalewatching #humpbackwhales #whaleseason

This month is all about exploring what’s below our literal horizon: We’ve taken a dip into the sea for March’s shrimp ceviche. A popular dish in the coastal regions of Latin America, this seafood recipe consists of only the freshest finds – and plenty of lemon juice. Topped with mangoes, chili, cilantro and onions, watch how chef Jörg Hofmann frames the refreshing dish designed by Chef Victor Santos.

Lockdowns are hard for everyone. But imagine being at sea when the destination you’re heading for closes its doors. And in March 2020 that was what happened on Caribbean island of Grenada. Fortunately the Marine & Yachting Association of Grenada saw what was happening and made a proposal to the Ministry of Health to allow yachts to arrive in a Covid safe manner.
