Our latest OH CRAP moment hit us when a violent squall appeared out of nowhere in the darkness smashing our boat from the complete opposite wind direction, tearing our mainsail free of the boom allowing it to flap crazily amongst the rigging in the middle of a busy shipping lane. In treacherous conditions on deck, it had to be secured fast before it tore itself to pieces. I've been a huge fan of what Sunreef has been doing over the last few years with their launch of the "New Beginnings Line" of catamarans. The first models launched were their 60 and 80 sail. They are now offering a wide range of semi-custom luxury sail and power catamarans starting at 50ft and up to as large as you can dream.
