After anchoring at Brick Hill near Cumberland Island, we took about a 4 mile dinghy ride to the Plum Orchard docks. Once there, we hiked across the island to the most amazing beach with literally only 2 other people (way far away). We saw lots of birds, armadillos, a baby tortoise, and of course wild horses. We ❤️ this island/National Park. She has a conventional encapsulated lead keel with skeg hung rudder. Hull is solid FRP construction and over 2 inches thick. She is a cutter rigged ketch with roller furling foresails and Hood in-mast furling systems in both main and mizzen masts.
