The Oyster 53 just might be the best cruising platform in its size. With some 55 hulls sold, the model is well regarded as a benchmark in Blue Water Sailing circles. We've sailed twice on #pando #Iona during her maiden season and photographed a selection of menus from the dining venues and bars (Epicurian, Glass House, Keel &Cow, The Chef's Table, The Olive Grove, Crows Nest, and Main Dining Rooms).
