July 1st-Anchored at the island of Tobacco Caye, Belize we got up early ready to visit the underwater world. There was a strong current in the ocean, so Kristie & David stayed in the dinghy following us as we explored. Being back in the water was pure bliss and an instant calm. Over the past year I've been going shopping every week at the Central Market in Port of Spain. It's a fantastic local market with a huge range of quality seafood, meat, herbs, vegetables and fruit. In that time I've made connections with some of the local vendors who I really enjoy seeing each week. This week one market vendor kindly gifted me a Trinidadian cook book!
