The X-Minis in the video are all built with rechargeable batteries inside (with up to 12 hrs of playback) and because they all incorporate USB you can charge of any device with a USB electric current. It's very cool but unusual feature called 'buddy jack' which by it's design allows you to connect a row of X-Minis for an amazing amount of sound. I bought this gear for emergency use only. In case my prop gets entangled again. The first time it happened it was nearly catastrophic as the sudden stop of the prop from the entangled next sent a vibration and micro debris up the shaft to the dripless seal and the boat began to leak .. . which I was not aware of until I woke up after a nap having being pulled to port by the coast guard and the water was now above the floorboards.
