It was all plan sailing until the skipper forgot to duck. The speed at which the boom crosses the boat during a gybe makes it a dangerous weapon. This video should be a reminder to everyone to stay safe and to remember to duck when gybing a boat. Luckily no one was hurt other than the skippers pride, he dusted himself off and raced on. La notte è turbolenta. Alle 4 giro come un grillo a controllare oblò, ormeggio, previsioni, etc. Alle 6:30 circa ci svegliamo per spostare l’ormeggio in un’altra baia, così andiamo a Cala Major, vicino a Palma, per lavorare indisturbati. Restiamo al pc fino alle 18:30, orario in cui chiudiamo tutto, tiriamo giù il gommone e il fuoribordo, e andiamo a fare due passi. Tappa supermercato: rimpolpiamo il frigo in vista della traversata sulla Sardegna. Stasera il programma è chiaro: cena presto e a letto presto che domani la sveglia suonerà (troppo) presto 🥲 Destinazione: Carloforte 🐟
