✨Per creare bisogna prima di tutto vivere, altrimenti da cosa creiamo? Io sono Giulia e sto scrivendo un libro mentre vivo in barca a vela. ⛵️Oggi navighiamo tra le Isole Incoronate, in Croazia. Anche se mi ero ripromessa di scrivere ogni giorno, oggi ho deciso di usare tutto il mio tempo per esplorare questo luogo, che sono certa mi darà molta ispirazione. Dopo aver navigato per alcune ore tra le isole, abbiamo ormeggiato al moletto e siamo scesi ad esplorare la terraferma. A parte un passo sul mio diario, non ho scritto nulla, ma sono felice di aver vissuto. 🤗E ti invito a fare lo stesso. Qualunque sia il tuo obiettivo, cura prima la tua anima e la tua energia, perchè tutto quello che fai viene da lì. I was watching one of those videos about how to be healthier, happier, more productive by a beautiful American. As so often, they were pontificating on the things that are essential parts of a daily routine. One of the most popular trends for that at the moment is how essential it is to go outside first thing in the morning and get 10 minutes of sunlight. Clearly, they have never lived in North Wales (or Manchester where we ere before). We are now living aboard our Rival 38 Centre Cockpit full-time while finishing a refit so we can launch ASAP.
