Hello! I'm Alice, and I liveaboard the narrowboat Ganymede in a marina on the beautiful Llangollen Canal. This is my first boat, and I've only had her for a year! 📖Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes (for 2) Make your go-to pancake batter for 2 🤎Set aside 2–3 tbsp of batter and mix with: • 2 tbsp melted butter • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 1 tsp cinnamon Cook pancakes as usual and pipe a swirl into pancake batter while cooking 🤍Cream cheese drizzle: 2 tbsp softened cream cheese 1 tsp melted butter 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar Splash of vanilla 1–2 tsp milk (to thin) Whisk until smooth & drizzle over warm pancakes 🥞 Enjoy!

The start of the One Circular Quay Australian Maxi Championship SOLAS Big Boat Challenge saw Master Lock Comanche lead the fleet down the harbour. Bow Caddy tracked her from our boat and this is the result from a hand-held non-gimballed camera with Master Lock Comanche reaching speeds of around 25 knots plus. It was an impressive sight. Great driving from Stu Don.
