Wenn wir erzรคhlen, dass wir mit dem Segelboot unterwegs sind, fรคllt ziemlich schnell das Wort Reise. Und natรผrlich verstehe ich, warum. Am Anfang haben wir selbst genauso darรผber gesprochen. Wir waren losgefahren, hatten ein Ziel vor Augen und jeder neue Hafen war erst einmal Teil dieser groรen Reise. Nur leben wir inzwischen seit fรผnf Jahren auf dem Boot. Fรผnf Jahre sind lang genug, damit aus dem Unterwegssein etwas anderes wird. Wir arbeiten an Bord, kรผmmern uns um alles, was dieses schwimmende Zuhause am Laufen hรคlt, und organisieren unseren Alltag eben dort, wo wir gerade sind. Manchmal ist das vor einer sizilianischen Kรผste und ein paar Tage spรคter vielleicht Malta, Lipari oder vor Frankreich. Irgendwann haben wir gemerkt, dass wir selbst kaum noch von einer Reise sprechen. Denn dafรผr mรผsste es irgendwann den Punkt geben, an dem wir wieder nach Hause fahren.
