Oggi è SABATO! Sabato significa che i pc restano chiusi e possiamo dedicarci COMPLETAMENTE all’esplorazione e al relax. Che gioia🥹 Iniziamo cercando un cantiere a cui chiedere un preventivo ma sono tutti chiusi, probabilmente in vista di Pasqua. D’altronde è weekend anche per loro. Vi capiamo. Allora ci dedichiamo al passeggiare, all’esplorare e con piacere scopriamo prima un ristorante che ci riporta con il cuore in Spagna e poi una marina che conserva tutta la bellezza, l’eleganza e l’armonia tipica degli inglesi. Ci viene una gran voglia di sederci a un tavolino e sorseggiare un tè con un goccio di latte 😂 Ci è piaciuta così tanto English Harbour che abbiamo provato a tornarci in barca, ma purtroppo non abbiamo trovato un ormeggio libero. Torneremo domani! Obiettivo? Affittare una deriva e fare un po’ di sano sport adrenalinico! 💪 Buon weekend a tutti! C.

Quand vous naviguez à la voile, le vent que vous ressentez à bord n’est pas le vent réel : c’est le vent apparent Aux allures portantes (vent venant de l’arrière), la vitesse du bateau « rattrape » une partie du vent. Le vent apparent est donc plus faible : on soustrait la vitesse du bateau à celle du vent. Aux allures de près (vent venant de face), la vitesse du bateau s’ajoute au vent rencontré. Le vent apparent est alors plus fort : on additionne les deux vitesses. Comprendre cette différence est essentiel pour bien régler ses voiles et mieux comprendre le comportement du bateau. ⛵️ Vous débutez en voile ? Over the past two years traveling through Japan’s longevity hotspots, I kept noticing something unexpected: Many older people practice haiku. This week in Tokyo, during the Humanities and Arts conference organized by IAFOR, I spent time with distinguished haiku poets Emiko Miyashita and Kyoko Uchimura. What I came to realize is that haiku may be far more than a literary pastime. It may help explain something deeper about attention, seasonality, connection, and how people age in Japan.
