Το Women in Yachting Conference σχεδιάστηκε από την ONDECK Events με στόχο να γίνει ένα δυναμικό βήμα διαλόγου, έμπνευσης και συνεργασιών. Η διοργάνωση τόνισε ότι η ισότητα δεν αποτελεί μόνο ηθική επιταγή, αλλά και στρατηγικό πλεονέκτημα για τις επιχειρήσεις του σήμερα. Αναδείχθηκε η ανάγκη για: πολιτικές που στηρίζουν τη γυναικεία επιχειρηματικότητα, ευκαιρίες κατάρτισης και mentoring, εργασιακά περιβάλλοντα που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, δίκαιη εκπροσώπηση σε ηγετικές θέσεις, ενίσχυση της ορατότητας νέων γυναικείων προτύπων. Οι συζητήσεις των πάνελ, από τις πρωτοπόρες που άνοιξαν δρόμους σε έναν απαιτητικό χώρο, μέχρι τις νέες επαγγελματίες της τεχνολογίας, του σχεδιασμού και της βιωσιμότητας, ανέδειξαν τον καταλυτικό ρόλο των γυναικών στο μέλλον του κλάδου. Ένα συνέδριο που ανοίγει νέους ορίζοντες Η ONDECK Events δεσμεύεται να συνεχίσει και να επεκτείνει τον θεσμό, θέτοντας τις βάσεις για ακόμη πιο στοχευμένες δράσεις τα επόμενα χρόνια. Το Women in Yachting δεν ήταν απλώς μια ημερίδα· ήταν μια εμπειρία που άγγιξε καρδιές, ενεργοποίησε συνειδήσεις και άνοιξε νέους ορίζοντες για το μέλλον του κλάδου. 🇬🇧I finally regained the courage to continue writing my book. I had started it in 2017 but due to having to process so much and overcome obstacles in my life, I couldn't move forward with it. Until now. My story is about setbacks, traumas, making strides, grieving, staying positive, hope , and regaining meaning to live life. It has brought me to where I am today. I hope I can inspire you with my story and a look into my life on social media to also persevere, keep hope and believe in your dreams. Make it happen! ❤️💋 🇳🇱Ik heb eindelijk de moed weer gekregen om mijn boek verder te schrijven. In 2017 was ik ermee begonnen maar doordat ik zoveel moest verwerken en obstakels in mijn leven moest overwinnen kon ik er niet mee verder. Tot nu. Mijn verhaal gaat over tegenslagen, trauma's, stappen maken, rouwverwerking, positief blijven, hoop , en weer zin krijgen om het leven te leven. Het heeft mij gebracht waar ik nu sta. Ik hoop dat ik jullie met mijn verhaal en een kijk in mijn leven op social media kan inspireren om ook door te zetten, hoop houden en in jullie dromen te geloven. Make it happen!❤️💋
