Numerous offshore racing trophies and naval architecture awards are what set Michael Peters Yacht Design apart from others. Their team designed a perfectly balanced hull on the Hinckley 35, optimized for speed and comfort. Peters included slightly wider chines and strakes to provide lift and stability at the higher speeds associated with outboard propulsion. The moderate transom deadrise on the Hinckley 35 and fine entry make her a joy to drive in a variety of conditions. On a hull optimized for outboard propulsion, 48 mph has never felt this good.
