Efter veckor av konstant gung, sjΓΆsjuka och hΓΆfter som protesterat (hej, falsk ischias πββοΈ) kΓ€nns det helt magiskt att vara framme och fΓ₯ kΓ€nna sanden mellan tΓ₯rna igen. NΓ€r vi seglade fem dygn frΓ₯n Gibraltar till KanarieΓΆarna var vi sΓ₯ otroligt taggade pΓ₯ att komma i land att vi tog jollen in redan fΓΆrsta timmen efter ankring. Det slutade med att jag blev rejΓ€lt landyr. Som sjΓΆsjuka, fast pΓ₯ land. Inte jΓ€tteroligt! InfΓΆr denna ΓΆverfart bestΓ€mde vi oss fΓΆr att prova nΓ₯got annat: att inte gΓ₯ i land direkt. Och vilken skillnad! NΓ€r vi kom till Martinique ankrade vi och lΓ₯g pΓ₯ svaj i nΓ€stan 24 timmar innan vi tog jollen in. Att gΓ₯ frΓ₯n Atlanten-gung till det lugna svajet gav kroppen tid att vΓ€nja sig. Resultatet blev mycket mindre landyr och en betydligt snΓ€llare omstΓ€llning. HΓΆfterna Γ€r fortfarande lite ovana efter alla rΓΆrelser, men det blir bΓ€ttre fΓΆr varje dag som gΓ₯r. π SΓ₯ hΓ€r kommer mitt bΓ€sta tips till dig som planerar lΓ₯ngsegling: Ligg pΓ₯ svaj bΓ₯de innan du ger dig av och nΓ€r du kommit fram.
