LES GRIFFES DU LION C’EST REPARTI ! « Comme un lion en cage » voilà le sentiment que ressentait Kito de Pavant l’année passée lorsque du fait de la crise sanitaire, nombreux étaient les événements nautiques à être annulés/reportés. Soffri il mal di mare? 🤢Ecco come risolverlo! 😊💪🏼 Segui il video fino alla fine perché ti svelerò tutti i mi si consigli accumulati in oltre 15 anni di esperienza in barca a vela.👨🏼‍✈️ 1️⃣Assecondare i movimenti di rollio e beccheggio senza contrarre i muscoli addominali. 2️⃣Non state sotto coperta ma state sopra coperta e godetevi il fantastico panorama che solo la barca a vela sa offrire.🏝️ 3️⃣Mantenere lo sguardo sull’orizzonte e respirare profondamente l’aria pulita e sana del mare.🌊 4️⃣Mettersi al timone o comunque mantenersi impegnati, con la mante impegnata nel fare qualcosa. ⚓️ 5️⃣Scegliere una posizione centrale in cui stare sulla barca a vela per minimizzare gli effetti di rollio e beccheggio. 😉 6️⃣Non stare a stomaco vuoto, mangiare cibi secchi e salati tipo i crackers; 🥨 il vecchio rimedio del pane con le acciughe potrebbe sicuramente aiutare, alcuni suggeriscono anche di mangiare dello zenzero.🫚 7️⃣Mantieniti idratato con piccoli sorsi di acqua, meglio se gasata. 8️⃣Evita cibi e bevande che portano acidità, come caffè, latte o alcol.❌☕️🍷❌ 9️⃣Evita di inalare odori forti come lo scarico del motore o il fumo di sigaretta.❌🚬🛥️❌ ✅Seguendo questi consigli imparerete a tenere sotto controllo il mal di mare. 💪🏼 Raccontami nei commenti il tuo metodo più efficace. 👍🏼Condividi questo video con chi vuoi portare con te in barca a vela. ⛵️ #consiglidiviaggio #sailinglife #sailinglovers #maldimare #barcaavela #vacanzeavela #vacanze2024 #weekendavela #sailingsafe
