#shorts. Its the end of an era. 'Confidence' has been sold to a new owner. But that's not the end of the channel. I will be introducing my new boat to YouTube very shortly.

The crew on J109 Going to Red discuss various tactics as they make their way through the fleet of boats. With lots of boats converging at the bottom mark at the same time, finding a slot to round the mark in clear air would be key to success on the next beat of the race. The team at Bottom up Boats hopes you are enjoying these short bits from the season-end frosties regatta on Strangford Lough, where the excitement and competition are always at their peak. Join us as we delve into the strategies employed by the crew, highlighting their decision-making processes and teamwork under pressure. This regatta not only showcases sailing skills but also the camaraderie that develops among the teams as they navigate the challenging waters. We appreciate you tuning in and encourage your feedback on these thrilling sailing moments, as we aim to bring you more engaging content from the world of sailing. In this video, I answer the question of How many prefectures I have visited, and how I got there. I don`t keep track of numbers, but the question got me thinking. So I scoured the map and my various journals and realized I have only two prefectures to go before I visit all 47! And how I got there? Well: 39 by bicycle 33 by car 30 by train 16 by sailboat 10 by airplane 9 by ferry 3 by helicopter. I welcome the return of visitors to Japan. While the great cities of Japan have much to offer, I hope that the incoming visitors also discover the remote corners of Japan, which are rich in historical, cultural, geographical, aesthetic, and culinary treasures. It’s great to see that many of those communities are experiencing a renaissance as people of all ages are being lured by local authorities to move and set up businesses. I’ve seen firsthand their entrepreneurial spirit and how they offer a warm welcome to visitors! #travel #japan #entrepreneur oh, and the two I have not yet visited are Shimane and Okinawa
